Abstract: The manufacturing management of customer-customized information products based on the OEM model is faced withchalenges,mainlyincluding poor connectionbetween production plans and demands,dificulties in quality control,difficulties in supply chaincoordination,difficulties incost control and low communication effciency. This paper improves the response speed and reduces costs through strategies such as optimizing demand management,introducing digital technologies,strengthening qualitycontrolandenhancing supplychaincollaboration.
