Abstract：Curriculum-basedideologicalandpoliticaleducationisanimportantmeasureforcolegesanduniverstiesto implementthefundamentaltaskofcultivatingmoralcharacterandculivatingpeople，andisoneoftheextremelyimportantlinks incurrenthighereducation.Graslandplantbreedingisacorebasiccourseforthemajorofgrassscience.Theintegrationof professionalknowledgeandideologicalandpliticaleducationisaninevitablerequirementfortalenttraininginthecontextof NewAgricultural Sciences，andhelpscultivatestudentsfelingsforfamilyandcountryanddedication.Basedonthecurrcuum goalsandtalenttrainingrequirementsofgrassplantbreeding，thispaperexpoundsthebasicsituationofthecourse，analyzesthe problemsexistinginideologicalandpolicaleducationincourseteaching，anddeeplyexplorestheideologicalandpolitcal elementsofthegrassplantbredingcourse，aimingtoprovideusefulreferencefortheideologicalandpoliticaleducationteaching reform of this course.
