Abstract：Basedonthenationalstrategicorientationofintegrationofindustryandeducation，wewillbuildatheoretical frameworkoffour-chainintegration"andexplorethelogicandpracticalpathoftheconstructionofmodernindustrialcolleges. TakingXiangchaModernIndustryColegeastheresearchobject，itwasfoundthatithasachievedthestructuralouplingofeducationsupplyandindustrialdemandthroughacollaborativemechanisminwhichtheprofessionalchainaccuratelycoectsthe industrialchain，theeducationchaindynamicallyadaptsthetalenthain，andtheinovationchaindeplyempowerstheindustrialchain.However，thecurrentpracticeofintegratingindustryandeducationstillfacesinstitutionalostaclessuchasvagelegal identity，rigdgoveanceehaismsndinsuficientotivationfoterprsestoparticipate.esearchsowstatitiscessarytobuildanewparadigmfortheintegrationof industryandeducationthroughinstitutionalinnovationwith "clearproperty rights，equalrightsandresponsibilties，andbenefitsharing".Atthesametime，itisnecessarytostrengthentheenablingroleof digitaltechnologinfourhaincollborationandpromotetheforationof"demand-driveninnovationdrivenecologicalclaboration"Thesustainabledevelopmentpaternofjointconstructionprovidestheoreticalreferenceandpracticalsamplesfortheupgrading of characteristic industries in vocational education service areas.
