Abstract:Basedonthenationalstrategicorientationofintegrationofindustryandeducation,wewillbuildatheoretical frameworkoffour-chainintegration"andexplorethelogicandpracticalpathoftheconstructionofmodernindustrialcolleges. TakingXiangchaModernIndustryColegeastheresearchobject,itwasfoundthatithasachievedthestructuralouplingofeducationsupplyandindustrialdemandthroughacollaborativemechanisminwhichtheprofessionalchainaccuratelycoectsthe industrialchain,theeducationchaindynamicallyadaptsthetalenthain,andtheinovationchaindeplyempowerstheindustrialchain.However,thecurrentpracticeofintegratingindustryandeducationstillfacesinstitutionalostaclessuchasvagelegal identity,rigdgoveanceehaismsndinsuficientotivationfoterprsestoparticipate.esearchsowstatitiscessarytobuildanewparadigmfortheintegrationof industryandeducationthroughinstitutionalinnovationwith "clearproperty rights,equalrightsandresponsibilties,andbenefitsharing".Atthesametime,itisnecessarytostrengthentheenablingroleof digitaltechnologinfourhaincollborationandpromotetheforationof"demand-driveninnovationdrivenecologicalclaboration"Thesustainabledevelopmentpaternofjointconstructionprovidestheoreticalreferenceandpracticalsamplesfortheupgrading of characteristic industries in vocational education service areas.
