新型职业农民胜任素质培育路径分析

Abstract：Withtheaceleratedadvancementofagiculturalmoderization，large-scaleoperations，andintellgentdevelopment， thetransitionfromtraditionaltomodernagriculturehasbecomeincreasinglyevidentAdvancedagriculturaltechnologiesficient equipment，andmodemnmanagementconceptshavebeedeplyintegratedintoallaspectsofagriculturalproduction.ForWuyan County，whichprioritizes"alforonetoursm"asitscoredevelopmentstrategythepursuitofighqualityevelopmentuderthe ruralrevitalizationstrategyhasplacedigheremandsonfarersprofesioalcompetence.Throughliteraturereviequestie surveys，andpricipalcomponentanalysis，tissudyidentifiedthecorecompetencyelementsof-tyeprofeioalasand establishedacompetencyevaluationsystem.Thesystemconsistsoftreefirst-leveldimensions（knowledge，skill，andliteracy）， sevensecond-leveldimensions（includingbasicagculturalknowledge，agriculturalintegrationknowledge，agriculturalprouction skill，arketagsilotiondepeusiiacsicsoalliacdfsioalallc） and24third-levelindicators.Furtermore，thestudyproposedfourcultivationpathways，ie.improvingtheguaranteemechanism， optimizingtrainingcontent，implementingtargetedtriningandinnovatingtrainingmodels，soastoprovidepracticalefereesfor cultivating high-quality talents that meet the needs of agricultural development in the new era.
