Abstract:Facing the"negativefeedback"dilemmaof globalagriculture,includingproductioncapacitybotlenecks,environmentaldegradation,ndthe"2O5Ofoodchallnge",traditionaltalentcultivationmodelsareprovinginadequate.Breakingthrough theseconstraintsandinnovatingeducationalphilosophiesareurgentprorities.Thispaperpositsthatthecorewisdomoftransforming"egativefedback"into"posivefeedback"inherentinnature's"plant-soilfeedback"(PSF)mechanismiskeytounlockingasustainableagriculturalfuture.Therefore,thecultivationofsmartagricultureprofesionalsustevolvebeyondsimpletechicalinstructiontoequipstudentswiththe"ecologicalwisdom"tomanagecomplexecosystems,discernagriculturalpaternsfrom dataandforgereeinnovationcapabilitiestomeetfuturechaenges.Retaininganindustrialrevolutionerapedagogicallogic willhinderthedevelopmentofneweraagriculturaltalentcapableofaddressingthesefutureadversities.Consequentlythisresearchaimstoachieveasystemicreforminsmartagriculturetalentcultivationpractices,guidedbytheecologicalwisdomof "regulatingplant-soilfedbackforsustainableagriculture.WedistillthecorephilosophyofPSF-itstenetsofdynamismmutual fedback,andsystemciy-intothe"soulofwisdom"formodemagriculturaltalentdevelopment,andonthisfoundation,construct a"Four-Dimensional"talentcultivationmodelencompasingknowledge,abilityliteracy,andvalues.Thisendeavorseekstoreshapetalent cultivation philosophies and driveagriculture towardsa moreresilient and sustainable future.
