Abstract：InordertofullyunderstandtheresearchhotspotsandresearchtrendsoftraditionalvilagesinHenanProvince， thispaperusesCiteSpacesoftwaretoconductaknowledge-mapvisualanalysisofrelevantliteratureonChina'sNationalKnowledgeNetworkinthepast2Oyears.Theresultsshowedthat：Theresearchontraditional vilagesinHenanProvincefistbegan in2005，andhasgonethrough threestages：initialexploration，rapiddevelopment，andin-depthexpansion.Theauthorsof the paperhaveformedcoreresearchteamssuchasHeYanbingandJiaYulin，andtheoverallsituationissingleandscattered;In termsofpublishinginstitutions，HenanAgriculturalUniversityZhengzhouUniversityandXi'anUniversityofArchitectueand Technologyarethetopthreeresearchinstitutionsinthenumberofpublications，andtherearefewconnectionsbetweenistitutions;Intermsofresearchhotspots，"ancientvllages"and"CentralPlainsculture"arethetopicsthatscholarshavepaidthe mostatentiontointheresearchoftradionalvilagesinHenanProvince.Inrecentyears，theyhavegraduallevolvedintorural revitalization，rural tourism，and protection strategies.
