Abstract：Theglobalfoodsecuritysituationissevere，withsignificantdiferencesinfoodsupplyanddemandinNortheast Asiancountriesandstrongomplementarities.Agriculturalcooperationisofgreatsignificancetoimprovingregionalfoodsecurity Atpresent，bilateralcoperationintheregionhasachevedfruitfulresults，andmultilateralcooperationhasalsobeenprooted byplatformsandmechanismssuchastheChina-Japan-SouthKorea Cooperation SecretariatandtheGreaterTumen Initiative， coveringmultiplefields.However，cooperationfacesthreemajordilemmas：tradebariersandpolicydiffrences，inconsistent technicalstadardsandinfrastructureandlogistisbotlenecks.Itisrgarditisncessarytopromoteradeliberaatind policycordination，unifytechnicalstandardsandstrengthencooperation，increaseinfrastructureconstructionandlogistics cooperation，andatthesametimerelyonmutilateralplatformsandmechanismstoformapattrnof"overallplaningplus preciseexecution"tosolve problemsand improve Regional agricultural cooperation efectivenessand foodsecuritylevel.
