乡村全面振兴规划下农科大学生就业路径研究

Abstract：Implementingtheruralrevitalizationstrategyisthegeneralstartingpointfortheworkof"agriculture，ruralareas andfarmers"intheneweraandnewjouney，andisanimportantsupportforpromotingthegoalofhigh-qualitydevelopment andbuildingastrongagriculturalcountry.Among them，theruralagriculturaltalentteamisakeystepafectingrural revitalization，andguidingagriculturalcollgestudentstofindemploymentinruralareasisanimportantsupportforimpleenting thecomprehensiveruralrevitalizationstrategyBasedonthebackgroundofthecomprehensiveruralrevializationplan，thispaper deeply discusss theemploymentstatusandchallenges ofagriculturalcollge students，andproposesdiversifiedemploymentpaths. Byanalyzingthedemandforagriculturaltalentsintheruralrevitalizationrategyandcombiningtheprofesionalcharacteristics ofagriculturalcolegestudents，weproposevariousemploymentmodelssuchasreturninghometoinovateandstartbusinesses， servingnationalprimary-levelprojects，furtherstudiesinagriculture，andcross-fieldemploymentinagriculturalsciene.The purposeistoprovidereferencefortheemploymentpathsofagriculturalcollgestudents，atthesametimetohelpthe comprehensive revitalization of rural areas，and contribute to China's modernization.
