Abstract：Thispaperdiscussesthecurrntsituationandexisting problemsofthedevelopmentof medicineandfoodorigin inthetraditionalChinesemedicineindustryinMaomingCity，andproposescountermeasurestopromotethetransformationofits resourceadvantagesintoindustrialadvantagesandpromotehigh-qualityindustrialdevelopment.Bysortingoutthedevelopment statusofthetraditional Chinese medicineindustryinMaomingCityandcombiningkeyindicatorssuchasstandardizedplanting， processingtechnology，industrialstructure，talentreserveandbrandbuilding，themainproblemsareanalyzed.MaomingCityhas greatpotentialinthemedicineandfoodhomologousindustries，buttherearethefolowingoutstandingproblems：low standardizationofplantingandprocessng，unbalancedindustrialstructure，shortageofprofessionaltalents，insuffcientbrand influence，andweakmarketcompeitiveness.MaomingCitynedstotransformresourceadvantagesintoindustrialadvantages throughmeasuressuchasimproving thetraditional Chinesemedicineindustrysystem，promoting standardizedproduction， strengtheningtalenttrainingandcreatingcharacteristicbrands，andultimatelyachievingsustainabledevelopmentofthtraditional Chinese medicine industry.
