Abstract：Inthecontextofthenationalruralrevitalizationstrategy，thisarticlefocusesontheissueofroleidentityconstructionduringthetransformationfrom"urbanreturnees"to"newfarmers"Thisarticlesystematicallyreviewsthephasedevolutionprocessofroleidentityfromexplorationandexperimentation，commitmentandinvestmenttoconfirmationandelevationand revealsitsmulti-dimensionalconnotationmanifestationssuchasocupation，community，cultureandvalue.Theresearchalso pointsoutthattheconstructionofroleidentityisconfrontedwithintealself-dentityconflictsandexternalpolicymarketand social exclusionandotherbstructivefactors.Tothisend，thearticleproposesthatefortsshouldbemadeinacordinatedannerfromthreeaspects：stimulatingindividualinitiative，strengtheninggovermmentinstitutional guaranteesandpolicyempowerment， andpromotingtheaeptanceandintegrationofruralsociety，soastofacilitatethestableroleidentitytransformationofthe"urbanreturnees"group，therebyprovidingsolid talentsupportandcontinuous internal driving forceforruralrevitalization.
