Abstract：Case-based teaching methodisthecoremeans toimprovethepracticalabilityofprofessionaldegreegraduate students，andthequalityoftheconstructionofteachingcasedtabaseisdirectlyrelatedtotheefectivenessofcase-based teaching.Thispapertakesthe"Suply Chain Management"courseofagriculturalmanagementmajorofAnhui Universityof ScienceandTechnologyasanexample.Aiming attheproblemsexisting inthecurrentcase baseconstruction，suchasthe disconnectionofcases fromagriculturalrealityimperfectcollaborativedevelopmentmechanisms，andlaggingdynamicupdates， thispapersystematicallproposes thepathforcaseresourceconstructionfrommultiple dimensionssuchascasewarehousing principles，contentsystem design，development methods，managementandmaintenance.Bybuildingacasesystemcoveringseven modules：agriculturalproductlgstics，iskmanagementandcontrolinformationcolborationsustainablesplychaianial inovation，crossordersupplyhinandentityitegrationadversifedcolbrativeevelopmentandcertificationmeasm for"government，schoolandresearch"hasbenestablished，andRelyingonthetechnologyplatformtoachieveresource integrationandsharing.Thisresearchprovidesatheoreticalbasisandpracticalplanfortheconstructionofahigh-qualitycase base for the training of agricultural supply chain management talents.
