Abstract：AsapreciousspiritualwealthoftheChinesenation，theRedFlagCanalSpirithasuniquetheoreticalvaluein empoweringruralrevitalization.ThisarticledeplyexplorestheinternalmechanismoftheHongqiCanal Spiritinempowering ruralrevitalization，andanalyzesthecoreconnotationoftheHongqiCanalSpiritfromthehistoricalandculturaldimensions， namely，thegenerationlogicofelf-relianceandhardwork，andthecontemporarytransfomationofcolectivismandedication; anduralrevitalizationItrequirescharacteristicindustriesandendogenousmotivationeconomically，andculturallyrequiresvalue identificationandcommunityawarenessandconstructsaspiritualempowermentlogicframeworkof"valueidentficationaction incentive-resourceintegration.Onthisbasis，wewillbuildacarierforthespiritualcommunicationoftheHongqi Canaland inovatethepracticalpathofthe"spiritualpointssystem"totransformthespiritintoruraldevelopmentmomentumandprovide spiritual support for agricultural and rural modernization.
