涉农高校专业课教师与思政课教师协同育人共同体建设研究

Abstract：Inthecontextofcomprehensivelypromotingruralrevitalizationandeducationalmodernization，agriculture-elated colegesanduniversitiesurgentlyneedtobuildacollborativeeducationcommunitybetweenprofessoalteachrsanddeological andpoliticalteachrs.Atpresent，collaborativeeducationfacestwoorehallnges：fist，teachs’insuffientcollaborative literacyismanifestedinweakeducationawarenesslackofinterdisciplinaryintegrationcapabilitiesandcommunicatiobaies; second，lackofmechanismgarantees，aguetop-leveldesign，lackofinstuionalsupportandproblemssuchasisuint investmentinresources.Inthisegard，threepracticalpathsareproposed：First，takeconsciousnesschangeandskilstrainingas thestartingpointtomproveteachers‘digitalliteracyandcollborativeducationcapabilities;Secondstrengtenop-eveldesig breakdowndepartmentalbaiersthroughschol-leveloverallplaningmehanisms，andusenetehnologiestoonectSuject resources，buildadual-subjectevaluationsystemof"ideologicalandpolicalscience"；Finally，basedonthenedsofthe" agriculture，ruralareasandfarmers"cause，use"dual-teacherclasrooms"andruralpracticebasesascarierstodeplintegate profesionalducationanddeologicalandpoliticaleducationOnlytroughthetrinityofinstiutionaloptimizationtechological empowermentandtakingrotinthecountrysidecanwebreakthedilemmaof"twoskins"andcultivatetalentswhoknowand loveagricultureinthenewerawhohavebothprofesionalknowledgeandfelingsforagriculture，ruralareasandfarmers.
