涉农高校专业课教师与思政课教师协同育人共同体建设研究

Abstract:Inthecontextofcomprehensivelypromotingruralrevitalizationandeducationalmodernization,agriculture-elated colegesanduniversitiesurgentlyneedtobuildacollborativeeducationcommunitybetweenprofessoalteachrsanddeological andpoliticalteachrs.Atpresent,collaborativeeducationfacestwoorehallnges:fist,teachs’insuffientcollaborative literacyismanifestedinweakeducationawarenesslackofinterdisciplinaryintegrationcapabilitiesandcommunicatiobaies; second,lackofmechanismgarantees,aguetop-leveldesign,lackofinstuionalsupportandproblemssuchasisuint investmentinresources.Inthisegard,threepracticalpathsareproposed:First,takeconsciousnesschangeandskilstrainingas thestartingpointtomproveteachers‘digitalliteracyandcollborativeducationcapabilities;Secondstrengtenop-eveldesig breakdowndepartmentalbaiersthroughschol-leveloverallplaningmehanisms,andusenetehnologiestoonectSuject resources,buildadual-subjectevaluationsystemof"ideologicalandpolicalscience";Finally,basedonthenedsofthe" agriculture,ruralareasandfarmers"cause,use"dual-teacherclasrooms"andruralpracticebasesascarierstodeplintegate profesionalducationanddeologicalandpoliticaleducationOnlytroughthetrinityofinstiutionaloptimizationtechological empowermentandtakingrotinthecountrysidecanwebreakthedilemmaof"twoskins"andcultivatetalentswhoknowand loveagricultureinthenewerawhohavebothprofesionalknowledgeandfelingsforagriculture,ruralareasandfarmers.
