高职院校教师企业实践的现实困境与优化路径研究

——以畜牧兽医类专业为例

Abstract：Thisresearchtakestheintegrationofindustryandeducationasthetheoreticalframework.Throughanempirical investigationoftheenterprisepracticeofanimalhusbandryandveterinaryteachersinwestemvocationalcollegesinChinait systematicallyanalyzesthepracticaldiffcultiesexistingintecurrntenterprisepractieofteacher.Researchshowsthatteacher enterprisepracticefacestreedilemmas：insuffcientcordinationofschol-enterprisegoals，disconnectionbetweenpracticecontentandteachingandscientificresearch，andimpefectguaranteemechanisms.Thespecificmanifestationsarethatthepractice contentdoesnotmatchwellwithindustraldevelopmentneeds，thedepthofnterpriseparticipationislmited，andthevaluation systemisscientific.Inresponsetothesedificulties，theresearchproposesasystematicoptimizationpath：buildingafour-Party colaborativemansof"goveentholinustterprse"atingeliacticaldelof"teacingi tificresearch-production"，andestablishingamulti-evaluationandlong-termincentivemechanism.Theresearchresultsprovide theoreticalbasisandpracticalreferencefordeepeningtheintegrationofindustryandeducationinvocationaleducationandimproving the practical ability of teachersmajoring in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine.
