高职院校教师企业实践的现实困境与优化路径研究

——以畜牧兽医类专业为例

Abstract:Thisresearchtakestheintegrationofindustryandeducationasthetheoreticalframework.Throughanempirical investigationoftheenterprisepracticeofanimalhusbandryandveterinaryteachersinwestemvocationalcollegesinChinait systematicallyanalyzesthepracticaldiffcultiesexistingintecurrntenterprisepractieofteacher.Researchshowsthatteacher enterprisepracticefacestreedilemmas:insuffcientcordinationofschol-enterprisegoals,disconnectionbetweenpracticecontentandteachingandscientificresearch,andimpefectguaranteemechanisms.Thespecificmanifestationsarethatthepractice contentdoesnotmatchwellwithindustraldevelopmentneeds,thedepthofnterpriseparticipationislmited,andthevaluation systemisscientific.Inresponsetothesedificulties,theresearchproposesasystematicoptimizationpath:buildingafour-Party colaborativemansof"goveentholinustterprse"atingeliacticaldelof"teacingi tificresearch-production",andestablishingamulti-evaluationandlong-termincentivemechanism.Theresearchresultsprovide theoreticalbasisandpracticalreferencefordeepeningtheintegrationofindustryandeducationinvocationaleducationandimproving the practical ability of teachersmajoring in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine.
