Abstract：Thispaperdiscusss theapplicationandintegrationstrategiesof laboreducationintheteachingof Botany， expoundstheurrntteachingsituationofBotanyandthesignificanceoftheintegrationoflaboreducation，analyzesththoetical basisoftheintegrationofthetwoputsforwardtheintegrationstrategiesfromaspectssuchascurriculumdesign，teachingethods， practicalactvities，evaluationsystem，tc.，anddemonstratesteaplicationesultsthroughexamples，imingtoprovideference forimproving the teachingqualityof Botanyandcultivating students withbothlabor literacyandprofesionalabilies.
