Abstract：Digitaly-empoweredruralareas isanareathatthegovernment has focusedoninrecent years.Thispaper focuses onthedevelopmentpathofruralendogenousresources，adoptsthemethodofliteratureresearchandexploratorysinglecase frameworkresearch，andexplorestheendogenousresourcedrivingforceofdigitalyempoweredruraldevelopmentfromaspects suchasvilagerautonomy，localculture，andlocaltalents，localnaturalresources，etc.buildsatheoreticalframeworkforthe developmentofruralendogenousresources，andcombinesthedevelopmentexamplesof QingshiTown，Changshan County，soas toconductanempiricalstudyonthetheoreticalframeworkanddynamicmechanismofdigitallyempoweringruralendogenous resourcerebirthpaths.Thisprovidesnew methodsandnew ideas forimplementing digital empowerment inrural areas.
