Abstract：Theteachingteamof"HorticulturalPlantBiotechnology"isbasedontheresearchandindustrializationneedsof highlandandmountainoushorticulturalplants，isinlinewithtetrainingdirectionofnwagriculturalprofesionals，andadheres tothefundamentaltaskof"cultivatingmoraltyandcultivatingpeople".Focusingonthethreemajorpainpointsof"diicultyin implementingreconstructingcouses"，"insuffcienttrainingofigh-levelabilities"，and"lightunderstandingofmoralityandlack ofcultivatingmorality"，wehavebuilta"1-3-5-7"teachingsystemwithknowledge，abilityandqualityasthetraininggoals.， establishingadiversifiedassssmentmechanismthatpaysqualaentiontoonlineassessment，classroomtrainingexperimental practiceandcuriculumexaminations，aimingtocultivatetalentswhocanusemodernbiotechnologytoresearchandcreate characteristicnewgermplasmandservenewbusinessformatsinthehoricultureindustry.Thecourseadherestotheprincipleof teachingasistantsthroughresearchandpromotingteachingthroughcompetitions.Itreliesonthecombinationofindustry， academiaandresearchtocreatearealcoursefortheindustrialenvironmentanda"dual-teacher"evaluationsystem.Through reforms，studentsperformanceandprofesionalsentimentshavebeensignificantlyimprovedandtheimplementationofscience andtechologyandthedevelopmentofsedindustryhavebeeneffectivelyasisted.Ithastrulyrealizedtheeducationalmision ofwriting knowledge and technology on the earth.
