Abstract：Withthenationalstrategicemphasisonecologicalciilizationconstructionandruralvitalization，grassandscience， asacrucialsupportingdiscipline，demonstratesincreasingevelopmentpotential.emoderizatiooftesedindustryispiotal fortheadvancementofgrassandscience.Againstthisbackdrop，thein-depthexplorationandinovativeutilizationofexcellent nativegrassgermplasmresources，aidedbymodernbiotechnologyparticularlyplanttissueculture，isanimperativeforachieving high-levelscientificandtechnologicalself-relianceandstrengthinChinasgrassseedindustryHowevercurentplanttisue culturecourseingrasslandsciencemajorsarehamperedbynumerousdficiencies，includingadisconnectbetweecurculum contentandindustryneds，insuficientpracticalinovation，andasingularevaluationsystem.Theseshortcomingsrenderthe courseinadequateforcultivatinginnovativeandappliedtalentsunderthenewagriculturalscienceframework.Therefore，this projectaddresestheseissuesbyconstructinga"demanddrivencompetencyrientedandideologicalandpoliticaliteatio" triple-prongedteachingreformsystem.Throughtheimplementationofreformmeasuressuchasreconstructingamodular curriculum，creatinganopenteachingenvironment，adoptingablendedlearningmode，andestablishingadiversifiedevaluation mechanism，wehaveefectivelyenhancedstudentspracticalinovationabilitesandprofessonalqualites.Practicalresults demonstratethatthereformshaveledtoanoverallimprovementinstudentacademicperformance，asignificantreductionintisue culturecontaminationrates，anincreaseinapplicationsforinnovationandentrepreneurshipprojects，andhighersatisfactionwith theideolgicalandpoliticaleducationintegatedintothcourse.heseoutcomeshavesubstantiallstrengthenedstudentspractical skills andresearch literacy，providingareplicableparadigm forthereformof practical courses inagricultureand forestry.
