Abstract： This article elaborates on the main contents and practical significance of food production license review， deeply analyzes the main difficulties of on-site verification of food production licenses， and proposes countermeasures such as strengthening legal and regulatory training and publicity， enhancing the professional ability of verification personnel， helping enterprises plan hardware facility rectification reasonably， strengthening document record review skills， and arranging on-site verification time and process reasonably， aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of on-site verification work and ensure food safety.
