大数据时代下的食品安全监测新方法

摘 要：本文分析了食品安全监测的现状和面临的主要挑战，探讨了大数据技术在食品安全监测中的应用，并从数据收集和管理的创新方式、基于大数据的风险评估和预测模型两个方面探讨新型食品安全监测方法的开发和应用，同时对大数据技术在食品安全监测中的作用进行展望，为保障食品安全提供更强大的长效机制。

A New Approach to Food Safety Monitoring in the Era of Big Data

Abstract： The article analyzes the current situation of food safety monitoring and the main challenges it faces; it discusses the application of big data technology in food safety monitoring; and it explores the development and application of new food safety monitoring methods in terms of innovative ways of data collection and management， and risk assessment and prediction modeling based on big data in light of work experience. At the same time， we look forward to the role of big data technology in food safety monitoring，， providing a stronger long-term mechanism to ensure food safety.
