湖南省包装饮用水铜绿假单胞菌风险防控

摘 要:本文通过分析包装饮用水的生产工艺,发现其在水源水、包装材料、生产过程、储运过程等环节都可能被铜绿假单胞菌污染。为降低包装饮用水被铜绿假单胞菌污染的风险,针对人员管理、检验管理、生产场所管理、生产设备管理、生产过程控制管理、成品储存等环节提出意见和建议。

Risk Prevention and Control of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Packaged Drinking Water in Hunan Province

Abstract: In this paper, by analyzing the production process of packaged drinking water, it is found that it may be contaminated by Pseudomonas aeruginosa in water source, packaging materials, production process, storage and transportation process. In order to reduce the risk of contamination of packaged drinking water by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, opinions and suggestions were put forward for personnel management, inspection management, production site management, production equipment management, production process control management, finished product storage and other links.
