银耳多糖抑菌效果研究

摘 要：采用抑菌圈试验检测古田银耳多糖对5种常见致病菌的抑菌效果，结果表明，1.87 µg·mL-1银耳多糖溶液对铜绿假单胞菌、乙型副伤寒沙门菌、大肠埃希菌均有一定的抑制作用，但是1.87～151.42 µg·mL-1银耳多糖溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌均无明显的抑制作用。

Research on the Antibacterial Effect of Polysaccharides from Tremella fuciformis

Abstract： The antibacterial effect of Gutian Tremella fuciformis polysaccharides on five common pathogenic bacteria was tested using the antibacterial circle test. The results showed that a 1.87 µg·mL-1 Tremella fuciformis polysaccharide solution had a certain inhibitory effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa， Salmonella paratyphi B， and Escherichia coli， but a 1.87～151.42 µg·mL-1 Tremella fuciformis polysaccharide solution had no significant inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.

银耳（Tremella fuciformis），也称白木耳、雪耳等，是担子菌门真菌银耳的子实体，颜色多为白色或淡黄色，呈叶状、凝胶状，分布广泛，特别是在热带地区，常见于阔叶树的腐木上，在我国福建省、浙江省、广东省、安徽省、四川省和江苏省等地多有分布[1-2]。（剩余5656字）
