银耳多糖抑菌效果研究

摘 要:采用抑菌圈试验检测古田银耳多糖对5种常见致病菌的抑菌效果,结果表明,1.87 µg·mL-1银耳多糖溶液对铜绿假单胞菌、乙型副伤寒沙门菌、大肠埃希菌均有一定的抑制作用,但是1.87~151.42 µg·mL-1银耳多糖溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌均无明显的抑制作用。

Research on the Antibacterial Effect of Polysaccharides from Tremella fuciformis

Abstract: The antibacterial effect of Gutian Tremella fuciformis polysaccharides on five common pathogenic bacteria was tested using the antibacterial circle test. The results showed that a 1.87 µg·mL-1 Tremella fuciformis polysaccharide solution had a certain inhibitory effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella paratyphi B, and Escherichia coli, but a 1.87~151.42 µg·mL-1 Tremella fuciformis polysaccharide solution had no significant inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.

银耳(Tremella fuciformis),也称白木耳、雪耳等,是担子菌门真菌银耳的子实体,颜色多为白色或淡黄色,呈叶状、凝胶状,分布广泛,特别是在热带地区,常见于阔叶树的腐木上,在我国福建省、浙江省、广东省、安徽省、四川省和江苏省等地多有分布[1-2]。(剩余5656字)
