Impact of Food Additives on Food Quality and Problem Analysis

Abstract: With the development of social economy, food additives are widely used in the food processing industry to meet consumers’ requirements for food taste and quality. However, improper use of food additives will affect food safety and jeopardize people’s health. This paper discusses the concept, role and use of food additives in the problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to ensure the safe use of food additives to protect the health of consumers.
