摘 要:本文结合广东省内多家湿米粉生产企业的实地调研结果,对湿米粉行业在生产过程中可能存在的相关风险点进行汇总,结合法规的相关要求,对相关风险点进行质量分析,为湿米粉生产企业及行业提供相关参考。

Possible Risk Points in the Production Process of Wet Rice Flour

Abstract: Based on the field investigation results of several wet rice flour production enterprises in Guangdong province, this paper summarizes the relevant risk points that may exist in the production process of the wet rice flour industry, analyzes the quality of the relevant risk points in combination with the relevant requirements of laws and regulations, and provides relevant references for the wet rice flour production enterprises and the industry.
