茯茶的主要成分及其功效

摘 要：近年来，随着全民保健意识的加强，茶道养生越来越受到人们的关注。茯茶是黑茶中最具有特色的产品，因其具有独特的品质特征及功效，一直被人们视为养生、保健兼瘦身的绝佳饮品，在国内外的销量与日俱增。本文着重对茯茶的保健功能进行综述，以期为相关人员提供参考。

The Main Components and Efficacy of Fu Tea

Abstract： In recent years， with the strengthening of national health awareness， tea ceremony health care has attracted more and more people’s attention. Fu tea is the most characteristic product of dark tea， which is favored by people because of its unique quality and efficacy.It has been regarded as an excellent drink for health preservation， weight loss and health care， and international and domestic sales are increasing day by day. This paper reviews the health care function of Fu tea， in order to provide a reference for the relevant personnel.
