中式烹饪中蒸制工艺的分析及其优化策略
摘 要:随着社会经济的快速发展,中国的烹饪技术也在不断发展,蒸制技术作为常见的烹饪技法之一,对中式烹饪的发展有着重要的作用,它在一定程度上减少了食物营养的损失。本文对中式烹饪中的蒸制技法的原理和特征进行了分析,并提出了相关的优化措施。
