不同流域土壤中重金属富集现状及其对食品安全的影响

摘 要：我国重金属污染问题备受关注，土壤中重金属富集对农业和人体健康有重要影响。本文通过对比不同地区流域土壤重金属的富集情况和特点，分析了土壤重金属污染对食品的影响，并探讨了土壤中重金属的来源，为更好地保障我国农业和食品安全发展提供参考。

Current Situation of Heavy Metal Enrichment in Soil of Different River Basins and Its Influence on Food Safety

Abstract： Heavy metal pollution has attracted much attention in China， and the accumulation of heavy metals in soil has an important impact on agriculture and human health. By comparing the enrichment and characteristics of soil heavy metals in different watershed areas， the influence of soil heavy metal pollution on food was analyzed， and the sources of heavy metals in soil were discussed， in order to better guarantee the development of agriculture and food safety in China， and some suggestions were put forward.
