摘 要:近年来,国内外食品安全事故不断发生,特别是在餐饮服务经营过程中更容易发生食品安全问题,引起了消费者和媒体的广泛关注。本文分析了餐饮服务食品安全监管风险点,并提出了日常监督建议,以供参考。

Abstract: In recent years, food safety accidents at home and abroad have occurred continuously, especially in the process of catering service operation, food safety problems are more likely to occur, which have attracted extensive attention of consumers and the media. This paper analyzes the risk points of food safety supervision in catering services, and puts forward daily supervision suggestions for reference.
