摘 要：近年来，随着快检技术的不断发展，其在食品安全领域中的效用也逐渐显现，足以证明其效用和价值。本文基于食品快检技术的特性和发展情况，结合基层食品安全监管进行分析，探究其内涵和特质，为食品快检技术在基层食品安全监管中的应用的适应性提出建议，为基层食品安全监管提供强有力的支撑。

Application Analysis of Fast Food Inspection Technology in Grass-Roots Food Safety Supervision

Abstract： In recent years， with the continuous development of rapid detection technology， its utility in the field of food safety has gradually emerged， which is enough to prove its utility and value. Based on the characteristics and development of food rapid inspection technology， combined with the analysis of grass-roots food safety supervision， this paper explores its connotation and characteristics， puts forward suggestions for the adaptability of the application of food rapid inspection technology in grass-roots food safety supervision， and provides strong support for grass-roots food safety supervision.
