克百威快检试剂盒质量评价样品的分析

摘 要：为保证克百威胶体金快检试剂盒质量评价工作的顺利开展，本研究依据《食品快速检测方法评价技术规范》制定制样方案，对克百威制备样品进行均一性和稳定性考察。考察结果显示，克百威制备样品的均匀性和稳定性均符合要求，在制备完成的10 d内可用于克百威快检试剂盒的质量评价。

Analysis of Evaluation Samples for the Quality Assessment of Kits for Rapid Detection of Carbofuran

Abstract： In order to ensure the smooth development of the quality evaluation of carbofuran colloidal gold rapid detection kit， the sample preparation scheme was formulated according to the Technical Specification on the Assessment of Food Rapid Detection， and the homogeneity and stability of carbofuran prepared samples were investigated. The investigation results showed that the stability and uniformity of the samples prepared by carbofuran were all meet the requirements， which could be used in 10 days after prepared.
