食品质量管理中食品安全风险分析的作用

摘 要：随着社会的不断发展，食品安全问题受到世界各国的重视。食品安全风险分析作为食品质量管理工作的重要组成部分，在很大程度上影响着我国食品安全水平。为进一步明确食品安全风险分析工作对食品质量管理的重要作用，本文以食品安全风险分析概述为切入点，分析相关工作对食品质量管理的作用。

Abstract： With the continuous development of society， the issue of food safety has attracted the attention of all countries in the world. As an important part of food quality management， food safety risk analysis affects the level of food safety in my country to a great extent. In order to further clarify the important role of food safety risk analysis work on food quality management， this paper will take the overview of food safety risk analysis as the starting point to analyze the role of related work on food quality management.
