葡萄酒传统酿造工艺与现代工艺的结合方式研究
摘 要:葡萄酒是以葡萄为原料,通过酿造技术制成的果酒。不同品种的葡萄酒的酿造工艺存在一定的差异。随着社会的不断发展,传统酿造工艺已无法满足社会需求,将传统酿造工艺与现代工艺相结合是其发展必然趋势,可进一步加快葡萄酒产业的发展速度。

Abstract: Wine is a fruit wine made from grapes through brewing technology. There are certain differences in the brewing process of different varieties of wine. With the continuous development of society, traditional brewing technology can no longer meet the needs of the society. Combining traditional brewing technology with modern technology is an inevitable trend of its development, which can further accelerate the development of the wine industry.
