食品加工机械在生产中被污染的防控策略

摘 要：食品加工生产中受到多种因素的影响，加工机械是影响食品安全的主要因素之一，因此食品加工设备防控成为控制食品加工卫生质量的关键。本文从食品加工的角度出发，分析加工机械与食品安全之间的关系，结合食品生产流程，提出食品加工机械污染防控措施，以保障食品安全生产。

Prevention and Control Strategies of Food Processing Machinery Contaminated in Production

Abstract： Food processing and production are affected by many factors， and processing machinery is one of the main factors affecting food safety. Therefore， the prevention and control of food processing equipment has become the key to control the hygienic quality of food processing. From the perspective of food processing， this paper analyzes the relationship between processing machinery and food safety， combined with the food production process， and proposes pollution prevention and control measures for food processing machinery to ensure food safety production.
