火焰原子吸收光谱法测定乳粉中锌含量的不确定度评定

摘 要:测量不确定度的评定对实验室内部质量控制和评价检测质量非常重要。本文介绍了测量不确定度的基本概念,以测量乳粉中锌的含量为例,阐明了测量不确定度的评定步骤,分析了影响测量不确定度的因素,通过计算得出合成标准不确定度和相对标准不确定度,最终根据锌含量的测量结果得出扩展不确定度。

Uncertainty Evaluation of Determination of Zinc in Milk Powder by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Abstract: Evaluation of measurement uncertainty is very important for internal laboratory quality control and evaluation of testing quality.This paper introduces the basic concept of measurement uncertainty, measures the zinc content of milk powder, clarifies the evaluation steps of measurement uncertainty, analyzes the factors affecting the measurement uncertainty, calculates the synthetic standard uncertainty, and finally obtains the extended uncertainty according to the measurement results of zinc content.
