香菇多糖生物活性及应用研究进展

摘 要：香菇多糖作为天然多糖的一种，被广泛应用于药物传递载体、辅助治疗和临床应用等多种生物医学领域。本文主要从香菇多糖的免疫调节、抗病毒、抗炎等生物活性进行概括和综述，为今后的研究开发提供参考。

Progress in the Biological Activity and Application of the Mushroom Polysaccharide

Abstract： As a kind of natural polysaccharide， lentinus polysaccharide is widely used in various biomedical fields， such as drug delivery carrier， adjuvant therapy and clinical application.This paper mainly summarizes and reviews the biological activities of immune regulation， anti-virus and anti-inflammatory activities of mushroom polysaccharide to provide reference for future research and development.
