钙连蛋白calnexin的相关研究进展

摘 要：钙连蛋白作为内质网膜上重要的类凝集素分子伴侣，具有参与蛋白质正确的折叠和装配、调节内质网Ca2+稳态和Ca2+介导的信号转导过程、缓解内质网应激等作用。近年来，越来越多的研究表明，钙连蛋白在真核生物中发挥着重要的作用。

Abstract：As an important lectin molecular chaperone on the endoplasmic reticulum，calnexinis involved in the correct folding and assembly of proteins，regulating endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+homeostasis and Ca2+mediated signal transduction，and relieving endoplasmic reticulum stress（ERS）effect.In recent years，more and more studies have shown that calnexinplays an important role in many diseases.

钙连蛋白（calnexin）是仅存在于内质网上一种Ⅰ型跨膜型监护蛋白和重要的内凝集素分子伴侣，可同新合成的尚未折叠完全的蛋白质的寡糖链结合，防止蛋白质彼此聚集和泛素化，避免折叠不完全的蛋白质离开内质网。（剩余7809字）
