关于提升学前教育男生专业认同感的思考

摘 要：随着社会的发展，学前教育越来越受到重视。然而学前教育男生的数量不仅少，专业认同感也处于中下水平。面对该问题，文章分析了学前教育专业男生专业认同感现状，并从加强学生的专业认识、发挥专任教师及“重要他人”的作用、通过学校的推动及国家层面的支持方面突出相应的对策。

Abstract：With the development of society，preschool education has been paid more and more attention.In this issue，the article analyzes the status quo of the professional identity of boys in preschool education，and has enhanced the role of students' professional understanding，played fulltime teachers and "important others"，andThrough the school's promotion and the national level support，the corresponding countermeasures are highlighted.
