协同育人视域下高校心理育人优化路径探究

摘 要 大学生正处于三观形成的关键时期,在家庭环境、学习压力、情感影响、社交互动等多方面因素的影响下,其心理困扰不断涌现。文章探讨了高校心理育人的必要性和现实困境,通过加强心理育人队伍体系构建、做好心理育人过程衔接优化、提升心理育人合力凝聚效果,以期为高校心理育人质量的提升提供实践和经验参考。

Exploring the Optimization Path of Psychological Education in Universities from the Perspective of Collaborative Education

Abstract College students are currently in a critical period of forming their values, and under the influence of various factors such as family environment, academic pressure, emotional influence, and social interaction, psychological distress is constantly emerging. This paper explores the necessity and practical difficulties of psychological education in universities, by strengthening the construction of the psychological education team system, optimizing the process of psychological education, and enhancing the cohesion effect of psychological education, in order to provide practical and experiential references for improving the quality of psychological education in universities.
