新时代高职思政课教师专业素质培育内涵研究

摘 要 新时代赋予了高职思政课教师更高的要求和更艰巨的使命。高职思政课教师必须不断增强自身的职业能力和素养，着力在思想道德素质、政治理论素养、职业教育理念、教学能力素养、创新思维素养、人文综合素质等方面加强修养，全面提升思政课教师的专业素质。

Research on the Connotation of Professional Quality Cultivation for Ideological and Political Teachers in Higher Vocational Education in the New Era

Abstract The new era has given higher requirements and more arduous missions to ideological and political course teachers in vocational colleges. Vocational ideological and political course teachers must continuously enhance their professional abilities and literacy， focusing on strengthening their cultivation in ideological and moral qualities， political theory literacy， vocational education concepts， teaching ability literacy， innovative thinking literacy， humanistic comprehensive quality， and comprehensively improving the professional quality of ideological and political course teachers.
