跨校区创新人才培养模式研究
摘 要 跨校区办学已成为越来越多高校扩展办学的模式,文章基于内蒙古工业大学资环学院跨校区办学的实际,针对跨校区教学管理和学生管理中存在的问题,探索并总结了跨校区学生管理、教学管理、后勤服务、创新创业、实践管理“五位一体”的人才培养模式,以期为跨校区地矿类专业创新人才培养提供思路。

Research on the Cross Campus Innovative Talent Cultivation Model

Abstract Cross campuses education has become a model for more and more universities to expand their education. Based on the actual situation of cross campuses education in the School of Resources and Environmental Engineering, Inner Mongolia University of Technology, this article explores and summarizes the "five in one" talent cultivation model with student management, teaching management, logistics services, innovation and entrepreneurship, and practical management, aiming to provide ideas for the cultivation of innovative talents in geology and mineral resources across campuses.
