师范专业认证视域下学前教育专业学生师德培养的思考

摘要文章聚焦高职院校的学前教育专业,在师范专业认证标准下对学前教育专业学生师德培养的发展与价值进行分析,给出五条培养路径,分别是注重课程设置,培养师德意识;关注实践教学,培养责任意识;树立教师榜样,形成积极影响;激发学生参与,提升主动能力;利用社会实践,树立价值观念。

AbstractThe article focuses on the preschool education major in vocational colleges, analyzes the development and value of teacher ethics training for preschool education students under the certification standards of teacher education major, and provides five training paths, namely emphasizing curriculum design and cultivating teacher ethics awareness; Pay attention to practical teaching and cultivate a sense of responsibility; Set a good example for teachers and form a positive impact; Stimulate students' participation and enhance their initiative; Utilize social practice to establish values.
