高职本科院校推行“服务型”行政管理模式的研究

摘要高职本科院校行政管理改革与创新的核心在于突破原有制度的束缚，建立更为灵活、开放、高效的制度体系。本文以高职本科院校“服务型”行政管理模式为研究切入点，着重揭示当前高职本科院校行政管理创新的热点、难点问题，为高职本科院校行政管理工作的改革提供思路和借鉴，为高职本科院校教育的发展提供有力支撑。

Research on the Implementation of “Service-Oriented” Administration Management Mode in 4-Year Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractThe core of reform and innovation of administration management in 4-year higher vocational colleges （hereinafter referred to as higher vocational colleges） lies in breaking through the constraints of the original system and establishing a more flexible， open and efficient one. Starting from the “service-oriented” administration management mode of higher vocational colleges， the paper focuses on revealing the hot issues and difficult problems in the innovation of current administration management of higher vocational colleges， so as to propose ideas and references for the reform of administration management in higher vocational colleges and provide strong support for the development of higher vocational colleges education.
