新建地方本科院校“双师双能”型教师队伍建设研究

摘要 文章围绕“双师双能”型教师队伍建设主题，分析“双师双能”型教师队伍建设的政策依据、建设内容，阐述“双师双能”型教师队伍建设机制、师资队伍培训体系，探索改善“双师双能”型教师队伍结构的策略。

Abstract Centering on the theme of "double teachers andl double abilities" type teacher team construction， this paper analyzes the policy basis and construction content of "deouble teachers and double abilities" type teacher team construction， expounds the "double teachers and doubleabilities" type teacher team construction mechanism and teacher team training system， and explores the strategies to improve the "double teachers and double abilities" type teacher team structure.

引言

高等教育从精英化走向大众化乃至普及化的发展历程中，不可能再单一地培养科学精英，忽视经济社会发展、产业结构调整所需要的各类技术性应用型人才，应该转变为“既培养精英，又着重培养应用型的专门人才”；随着市场对应用型人才需求的加大，必然伴随大部分高校向着应用型的转变。（剩余4867字）
