工匠精神融入高职校园文化建设的实践路径探析

——以云南机电职业技术学院为例

摘要 云南机电职业技术学院结合职业教育定位把工匠精神作为校园文化的鲜明特色，将工匠精神融入理念文化、环境文化、行为文化、制度文化“四位一体”的校园文化体系，建设别具一格的职教文化，形成自成一体的文化育人优势。
