Abstract：Intheautomatedproduction linesof manysmallandmedium-sizedenterprises，defective productsareoftennot discoveredintime，whichbringsunecessarytroubleaftersalestocustomers.Inordertosolvesuchproblems，weinstallvision equipmentattheendoftheproductionline，whichcanaccuratelydetectdefectiveproductsandtransmitthesignaltothePLC throughcommunicationequipment.ThePLCcanquicklytakeactionafterreceivingthesignal.ThisprojectusesthePLCtogive corresponding signals to the industrial robot，allowing therobot to complete the task of sorting defective products.
