Abstract:TakingthetypicalII-typefurnace SCRdenitrationflueofcoal-firedpowerplantsastheresearchobject, numericalsimulationmethodswereusedtocalculatetheflowsituationoftheemptytowermodel,analyzethekeycomponents thatarepronetoflowfieldfluctuations,andbasedonthis,flowfielddesignwascariedout.Fowguidedevicesandammonia nitrogenmixerswereaddedtothefluetoobtainthedesignmodel.Comparingtheflowvelocityandconcentrationfeldsoftwo models,itwasfoundthatreasonableflowguidanceatthevariablediameterandtuning pointsofthefluecanefectivelyimprove theuniformityoftheflowfield,andtheammonianitrogenmixercanfurtherenhancetheuniformityoftheconcentrationfield.
