Abstract：Inrecentyears，withthestrongpromotionofthenationalurbanandrural watersupplyintegrationandthe continuousimprovementofthedemandfordrinkingwaterqualityruralresidents，therenovationofoldruralwaterplantsis imperative.Thispaperfocusesontheproblemsofbackwardpurficationprocess，agingfaciliesandextensiveoperationand managementinruralwaterplantsanddrawsonthecharacteristicsofXiaomimodelwaterplants.Theapplicationofitinthe renovatioofoldruralwaterplantsisdiscussdbymeansofspecificengineeringcases，anditisthattheshort-flowequipment waterplantof"sedimentationultrafitrationmembrane"shouldbeadoptedtoimprovewaterqualityandsaveland.Inorderto improveteefciencyof waterplantsandreducecosts，thispaperconstructsanefectivesmart waterplantdecisionmodelto provide reference for other domestic rural old water plant renovation projects.
