Abstract:Acording totheperformancecharacteristicsofnuclear-poweredicebreakers,thispaperproposesacomprehensive performanceevaluationmethodbasedoncloudmodel.First,sevenevaluationindicatorswereselectedbasedonthecharacteristics of nuclear-poweredicebreakers,hichweredivdedintoreecategories:technical,conomic,andnviromentaladaptabilitynd anevaluationindicatorsystemwasestablished.Secondly,geneticagorithmisusedtocombinethesubjectiveweightsobtainedby theanalytichierarchyprocessandtheobjective weightsobtainedbytheentropyweightmethodintonewweights,andthefuzzinessandrandomnesscharacteristicsofthecloudmodelareusedforcomprehensiveevaluation.Finally,thefeasibilityofthis method is verified by taking the existing nuclear-powered icebreaker in Russa as an exemplar.
