Abstract：Acording totheperformancecharacteristicsofnuclear-poweredicebreakers，thispaperproposesacomprehensive performanceevaluationmethodbasedoncloudmodel.First，sevenevaluationindicatorswereselectedbasedonthecharacteristics of nuclear-poweredicebreakers，hichweredivdedintoreecategories：technical，conomic，andnviromentaladaptabilitynd anevaluationindicatorsystemwasestablished.Secondly，geneticagorithmisusedtocombinethesubjectiveweightsobtainedby theanalytichierarchyprocessandtheobjective weightsobtainedbytheentropyweightmethodintonewweights，andthefuzzinessandrandomnesscharacteristicsofthecloudmodelareusedforcomprehensiveevaluation.Finally，thefeasibilityofthis method is verified by taking the existing nuclear-powered icebreaker in Russa as an exemplar.
