Abstract：Researchontheinitialrainwaterrunoff plutioncontrol，regulation，storageandreusesystemsofurbanroadsat homeandabroadiscariedout，andisextendedtotheexpresswayservicearea.Itisdeserbedinconjunctionwiththerainwater runffpollutionandcontrolsystemdesignofacertainexpresswayserviceareainJiangsuProvinceandcoresponding engineering measuresaregiven.Atthesametime，basedonthecharacterisicsoftheservicearea，thedevelopmentideasof rainwaterrunoffpolutionandcontrolintheserviceareaareexplored，whichwillprovidereferenceforthedesignofearly rainwater runoff pollution control and regulation，storage and reuse system in the servicearea in the future.

随着我国城市交通的快速发展，高速公路服务区也越来越多，据统计，江苏省建成的服务区约130对，这些服务区一般都距离城镇较远，产生的雨水不具备接入市政雨水管网的条件，且未对初期雨水进行处理等，雨水均通过雨水口、排水沟以及管道排入主线道路边沟或周边河、沟、塘、渠中，最终进入周边水体，增大了对周边自然环境产生污染的风险，易引发与周边村民的冲突，产生舆论压力。（剩余5461字）
