Abstract:Themechanical manufacturing industryin China hasachievedrapiddevelopment,and theprecisionand process levelof mechanicalmanufacturingcontinue toimprove.Aftercompleting theprocesingandmanufacturingofvariousproducts,it isnecessrytomarkthebasicinformation,productmodel,productdeliverydatemanufacturerandotherinformationofthe productsatareasonablelocationinacertainpart.However,mostmechanicalproductsusemetalpatsandshels,makingit dificultomarkthem.Howtocompleteinformationmarkinghasalwaysbeenatechnicalchallenge.Inthispaper,pneumatic markingtechnologyistakenastheresearchobject,andthedesignofpneumaticmarkingmachineandtheoptimizationof markingpatharestudied.Through technicalclassficationofmarkingmachines,theprincipleanalysis,architecturedesign, electricalcontroldesign,mechanicaltransmissiondesign,andpneumaticcontroldesignwerecariedoutforpneumaticmarking machines,andgeneticalgorithmwasusedtooptimizethepathof markingnedles.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthe pneumaticmarkingmachinedesignedinthispaperhasarelativelyidealefect,andthemarkingpathissignificantlybeterhan the polar line scanning method.
